Every month, we select the 'Hotelier of the Month' based on specific criteria. This distinction allows the hotelier to compete for the coveted 'Employee of the Year' title, serving as a powerful source of motivation for all our team members.

Hotelier week

Each year, we dedicate an entire week to organizing a variety of events exclusively for our employees—ranging from themed lunches and sommelier or embroidery workshops to relaxing massages — as a token of our appreciation for their dedication and hard work.
