Conserving Resources with Technology
As part of our CSR commitments to achieve ever deeper levels of sustainability across the hotel, we have recently implemented efficient tools for the conservation of energy and water. Our new IOThink tool is a smart energy solution that monitors appliances for operational abnormalities to reduce energy losses and prolong the lifespan of our equipment. This, in combination with our Itouch system for remote control of guestroom air conditioning, ensures we can keep our daily electricity usage within responsible levels. In addition, we have put in place smart irrigation controllers across our grounds that adjust water usage based on weather conditions and automatically shut off when above-normal water consumption is detected. These smart technologies place Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc at the vanguard of energy responsibility and resource conservation.
