"After I finished my career in the German Armed Forces in 2009, I wanted to learn how to cook, since I only ate convenience foods during the time I was in the service.

For me, cooking means bringing a smile to my guests' faces through my dishes."

With over 17  years of experience in the prestigious Jahreszeiten GRILL at the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten in Hamburg, Wintergarten Restaurant Manager Darius Wieczorek brings classic hospitality and contemporary charm to the tables of the Wintergarten. Working alongside Chef Stefan Naatz, they make traditional classics come to life anew.

Table-Side actions, such as carving a lobster or preparing steak tartare at the guest's table provide unforgettable experiences for both young and old.
